A $500 fee/pet/stay will be charged for any undisclosed pets, and your reservation will be canceled without refund. ★ NO SMOKING ★ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests may use the outdoor spaces for smoking. Any evidence of smoking (odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.) will result in a a $1000 smoke removal fee to cover professional cleaning and odor removal. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh for everyone. ★ NO PARTIES ★ Hosting parties is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized gatherings lead to immediate termination of your stay without a refund and 2000$ fee. ★ SAFETY DEVICES ★ For your safety, an outdoor security camera is in operation at the entrance, facing the stairs and the street. Additionally, a Minut noise monitor is installed in the living room to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone and to respect the neighborhood.
